   Housing Investment Proposal

The following is a general overview of a very effective “Housing Investment Program”. The process can be completed in 8 steps:

Step One: Investor invests $50-60K for initial house in housing investment program. 

Step Two:  Houses will be purchased for $30-40K.

Step Three:  House will then be repaired for $15-20K in 60-90 days.

Step Four: House will be resold for $140K.

Step Five: $7K per person for living expenses and, $10K will be paid to investor. 

Step Six: $110K will be left to purchase next house Steps 2 thru 5 repeated.

Step Seven: Second house completed, with $170K left to purchase third house.

Step Eight: Complete investment of $50-60K will be repaid PLUS an additional $20K within max 12  Months.
